8.2 Obligations of Master Node

It provides the essential infrastructure for the construction of the project's robust ecosystem and is a key member of the project's revenue distribution.

8.2.1. Master Node Configuration and Qualifications

The position of director who becomes a board member acts as a Node within the DAO, and the board of directors with decision-making authority over the operation of the Treasury plays the role of the Treasury Board, which selects, evaluates, and executes investments. To become a member, you must transfer the notice amount to the reserve. The Master Node is divided into three types: the Founder Node, the Fund Manager Node, and the Treasury Manager Node.

This project consists of 4 Founder Nodes with Founder Status, 4 Fund Manager Nodes, and 4 Treasury Manager Nodes.

We start with 4 initial Founder Nodes, 1 Fund Manager Node, and 1 Treasury Manager Node. Only professionals, such as corporations, institutional investors, asset managers, and fund managers, can participate in the Fund Manager Node and Treasury Manager Node. ETH is staked and LQD is allocated.

The fund managers of ALPHA Fund are located in the UK, Tokyo, Singapore, Hong Kong, New York and Sydney, and are active-duty fund managers with very high reliability and brilliant experience in European and American investment banks and hedge funds. When an investment target is selected, a new fund is formed, and the amount of ALPHA issuance is determined along with the investment amount in ALPHA #n and deposited into the LiQuiD Prime wallet.
