3.2. Digital assets

The exact components are determined by consensus within the Investment Committee, and the performance of the underlying asset that meets(or exceeds) the investment metrics and guidelines (rules) determined and applied to the AI/ML strategy, in combination with our Quantitative Investment solution provider(s).

For digital assets to be considered and eventually included in a fund, extensive criteria must be met. This is determined by the Investment Committee and Advisory Board and includes the following requirements:

  • Liquidity (daily and historical average trading volume and volatility)

  • Net asset value of the asset

  • Credibility of the asset and its historical lifespan

  • Algorithm performance on the asset

  • Market interest (popularity)

  • Current and future customer demographics. (Popular digital assets that may attract potential investors and/or countries where the majority of subscribers reside, if the algorithm's performance indicators for that asset meet the minimum investment parameters.)
